Our Aromatic XI Bitters have a hearty blend of herbs and spices with hints of clove and cinnamon. Various barks, berries, herbs and spices are macerated, imparting a distinct dark reddish-brown character. As an aromatic bitter, the base bitter flavour is from gentian root extract. Aromatic XI Bitters taste great with aged spirits: whiskies, rums, and brandies. Try them in an Old Fashioned, a Manhattan, or a Rob Roy. They’re also
enjoyable, perhaps surprisingly so, in a Pink Gin or a Champagne Cocktail.
