If you’ve never made Filipino Chicken Adobo, you can easily replicate the tart and spiced-to-perfection flavour using our Filipino Marinade. Our marinade is also a perfect for Filipino grilled pork belly (Liempo), pork barbecue sticks, and even grilled tuna steaks. Our marinade is manufactured from all-natural herb and spices ingredients with no artificial flavours and colours.
Suggested dosage/usage: As our Premium Marinades are concentrated blends, usage will be 40 to 50 grams per kg or as appropriate/desired for meat, fish or vegetables. Above dosages are minimum recommendations. Please arrive at appropriate dosages based on your needs and usage. Please use appropriate carrier (i.e. oil/yoghurt/water etc) and allow adequate marination time. This will help the meats and vegetables to soak in the spice blend. Add salt to taste.
