Hariyali Chicken is the famous Chicken Dish of Punjabi Cuisine. Boneless Chicken is cooked in Rich and Creamy Gravy of Spinach, Mint and Cashew nuts – earthy, minty and fresh are its unique flavour notes. Our Hariyali marinade captures these authentic flavours- giving a rich and green herby twist to the chicken. Hariyali chicken is generally served with Tandoori Roti or Butter Naan. Our marinade is manufactured from all-natural herb and spices ingredients with no artificial flavours and colours.
Suggested dosage/usage: As our Premium Marinades are concentrated blends, usage will be 40 to 50 grams per kg or as appropriate/desired for meat, fish or vegetables. Above dosages are minimum recommendations. Please arrive at appropriate dosages based on your needs and usage. Please use appropriate carrier (i.e. oil/yoghurt/water etc) and allow adequate marination time. This will help the meats and vegetables to soak in the spice blend. Add salt to taste.
