Our Mole Bitters are perfect addition to cocktails made with tequila, mezcal, or dark rum to bring a little chocolatey, smoky flavour with only a mere hint of heat.
Better than Bitters is world’s first non-alcoholic bitters which creates a world of possibility working with cocktails, teas, infused drinks, cooking and baking recipes. Each of our bitters are blended in very small batches to bring the freshness and aromatic flavours with infusions.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate – Heat – Vegetal – Hint of sweet. Distinct notes of warm coffee, Cappuccino and freshly brewed coffee dominate the nose. Dark Chocolate and its characteristic creamy cocoa bean taste with hint of Mexican chilli follow through with the flavour as dominant notes.
Usage: Use one to two drops per 100 ml of water/ soda or as required. Do NOT consume directly without diluting with water or soda. Use chilled water/soda or with ice for best results.
