A North Indian favourite, with the freshness of green herbs and background notes of spices – making it taste herby, fresh, light and crisp in taste. The “harra” refers to the colour meaning green which comes from spinach and fresh coriander. Our marinade is manufactured from all-natural herb and spices ingredients with no artificial flavours and colours.
Suggested dosage/usage: As our Premium Marinades are concentrated blends, usage will be 40 to 50 grams per kg or as appropriate/desired for meat, fish or vegetables. Above dosages are minimum recommendations. Please arrive at appropriate dosages based on your needs and usage. Please use appropriate carrier (i.e. oil/yoghurt/water etc) and allow adequate marination time. This will help the meats and vegetables to soak in the spice blend. Add salt to taste.
