Our Matcha Bitters made from Japanese Premium Matcha grown in the highlands of Shizuoka prefecture in beautiful Japan. It highlights complex umami flavours, an earthy element and a retro hue to cocktails.
Better than Bitters is world’s first non-alcoholic bitters which creates a world of possibility working with cocktails, teas, infused drinks, cooking and baking recipes. Each of our bitters are blended in very small batches to bring the freshness and aromatic flavours with infusions.
Tasting Notes: Grassy creaminess, with notes of white flowers, and umami. Floral elements from citronella give a fresh burst of flavour. Minor notes of mist, vegetal and honey and maple give a boost to the flavour of highland grown Matcha.
Usage: Use one to two drops per 100 ml of water/ soda or as required. Do NOT consume directly without diluting with water or soda. Use chilled water/soda or with ice for best results.
